The Sacromonte Bar and Restaurant is located in an extraordinary landscape setting on the Sacro Monte of Orta, where views of the lake and the island of San Giulio can be admired. The Sacromonte Bar and Restaurant is a place of conviviality where you can enjoy traditional food and wine offered with a pinch of creativity and innovation with oriental traits.
Leading the kitchen is chef Marco Molinari. A student of great starred chefs such as Alain Ducasse, Paul Bocuse and Gualtiero Marchesi, he has lived in Japan since 1998 where he works as a university lecturer and teacher of cooking and pastry making, and in 2018 he was awarded as the best chef and pastry chef in Asia.

Our dishes are all made with raw materials that have made, and continue to make, the gastronomic history of this extraordinary land, but they are reinterpreted in their preparation, geometries and presentation with hints of oriental features.
